Hobrat

Overview:

Small rat-like creatures that have evolved a hybrid bi-pedal form. The are low intelligence scavengers, often found in ruins or uninhabited parts of cities where they can skulk about unseen. They have been known to wear cloths and wield plundered tools as weapons. Some rare groups of Hobrats are more organized and could almost pass for a function society. It is not uncommon to see some Hobrats, attempting to engage in civilized society, though never sucessfully.
