Kadima

Kadima is one of the oldest cities on Telantes. It's deep history and proximity to the ancient Icari ruins have made it a hub for magic and magical study. The lack of a central government have resulted in a relatively lawless city of magic. It is ruled by a loose and tenuous collaboration between powerful groups of wizards, the Towers, that exists only to prevent another catastrophe. This city has seen itself through numerous cataclysmic events, only to patch itself back together and continue on until the next one strikes.
