Overview:

Rio Velario is an Earth Genasi bard and master of performance. At a young age he joined the Brightstride Company a traveling troupe of performers where he honed his craft of storytelling. He spun tales and delighted audiences young and old with his unique ability to manipulate light itself using his crystal-infused arm to bring his tales to life in scintillating color. After some creative differences, he left the troupe and ventured off on his own, ending up in Ceraset where he caught the eye of Sig Mason who promptly recruited him into the Grim Gilt.
