Overview
The colloquial term for the ruling wizards and wizard sects of Kadima. The group itself is not an officially sanctioned government, but more a number of powerful and dangerous groups that keep each other in check and influence policy within the city. Not every member with influence is known but some of the most overt ones make sure their presence is known when needed.
